Equity

Fairness and impartiality towards all concerned, based on the principles of evenhanded dealing. Equity implies giving as much advantage, consideration, or latitude to one party as it is given to another.

Equity refers to the qualities of justness, fairness, impartiality and even handedness, while equality is about equal sharing and exact division.

Justice

the quality of being just; righteousness, equitableness, or moral rightness. It is not fairness as it may be used interchangeably in many concept.

The process or result of using laws to fairly judge and punish crimes and criminals — justice in a sentence.

Fairness

Fairness is the quality of making judgments that are free from discrimination. Judges, umpires, and teachers should all strive to practice fairness.

It can also be defined as just and reasonable treatment in accordance with accepted rules or principles.
